At Vacationary, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. 

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. To use store credit online, simply mention it in the “Customer Comment” box during checkout.

For US returns, simply fill out the form included with your order and use the return label provided in your package. For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any duties or taxes. You may use a courier of your choice, or we can provide a return label, with the cost deducted from your refund. Just reach out to our customer service team to arrange this. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
